Welcome to the experiment!

In this experiment, you'll be paired with another participant.
You'll take turns saying alien words that refer to dot motions,
and trying to understand which motion your partner means.
When you hear a word, listen carefully and try to remember how it sounds,
you'll need to say it yourself shortly afterwards to another participant.

Warm-up

Before we begin, we'll do two short warm-ups so you can get used to recording your voice:

1. Read a sentence aloud
2. Say a short list of words aloud

You'll be asked to record yourself for each one.

Warm-up 1 of 2

Before we begin, please read the following sentence aloud:

"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog"

Warm-up 2 of 2

Now please say the following words aloud:

"baby, puppy, cookie, tiger"
